Concerns current themes and topics, which are illuminated in a broader perspective – the intention is to normalize and internalize the concept of ‘spirituality’ and ‘spiritual awareness’ within our society. This creates the choice and possibility to learn to reflect on ourselves from our ‘free will’ and to experiment with the insights gained by applying them in our daily lives on Earth.
In a world where chaos reigns, power shifts and ‘crises’ are continuing to roll out, uprisings and polarities reveal themselves without nuance and manifest themselves in supporters and opponents in all population levels of the nations on Earth.
However, we have reached a level of self-awareness, where we must try to remain in acceptance and resignation in the midst of downward swirling energy vortices. We are gaining more and more inner insight into God’s plan and our individual, co-creative contribution to this planet. We can even experience and see the renewals and first glimpses of a ‘Golden Age’ manifesting in ourselves and fellow human beings.
People who experience the inner light impulse and suddenly stand up and step forward from the shadows of others and show themselves and hear themselves ‘in public’ with vigor. The fact is that everything that has been obscured and hidden for a long time, by ‘double faces’ and ‘hidden agendas’ of the power elite, to give us an illusion of the world, how it should work. Their manipulation and doctrines are becoming increasingly tangible and transparent and this contributes above all to sharpening and increasing our self-awareness and discernment of relative truth and untruth.
‘The essential difference between a natural planet and a dense planet like Earth’.
Let us calmly consider our return and transition on this planet Earth and how we have experienced this up to now. We feel and most of us already have this awareness and insight, that there is more and that we do not come from this or other dense, non-harmonious planet. On the one hand we noticed this directly from birth, from the limitations of our physical body, the ‘gravity’ and inertia to be able to move and relocate from our young, free spirit. Another aspect was that we could no longer manifest directly from our creative image and thoughts in matter. But, the most essential is that due to the density of this Earth planet we had to live in a physical body from a temporarily narrowed consciousness, which meant that we were generally no longer able to remember our emotional life and to refer this to a previous life before our incarnation.
Due to these physical, material circumstances and important people who surrounded our lives on whom we were dependent, we experienced and learned conceptually what life on this physical planet really entailed. Due to ignorance and the non-confirmation of our spiritual identity, origin and life purpose, we went completely over into the programming of separation from our higher Self being. We started to identify with our external personality and characteristics. The emotional connection with our higher Self was more repressed and dominated by physical life and mentality.
On a more balanced, natural planet, where we do not know duality and influence of astral forces and lower beings, the Divine universal laws rule and this lives as one feeling with all life in us. We live, create and work together to help all life on the planet to rise to the higher levels of self-consciousness. We see this deep longing and lack of ‘like-minded people’ on Earth in many spiritually awakened people in their personal lives and spiritual path, which is very understandable. Precisely because of this equal, harmonious consciousness atmosphere, the creation and manifestation of an abundant life for everyone goes as a natural matter of course.
On Earth, the collective consciousness of humanity dominates due to ‘ignorance’ and negative influence of the astral realm and the lower being forces therein. Can we now better consider and accept this great ‘mystical’ problem on the Earth planet as a very steady process in which humanity must awaken?
‘The cause of feeling unsafe comes from the unconscious life from the ‘unresolved’ psychology and ‘unprocessed’ emotions (separate selves), which are locked up in our subconscious mind’.
In feeling different from birth on this physical planet, so much is contained. The inner flame has never been extinguished in our being. It has been our identity and mental mind, which concept of physical, material life, programming, life visions, behavior and action patterns, false beliefs and illusions from outside through ignorance have come to accept as truth, which caused us to live from unbalanced values.
As a child, however, in our open-minded attitude, we felt alienated and especially not loved and appreciated. If we wanted to show and radiate our God love on Earth, as we had experienced this on other natural planets, we were rejected. Due to this non-recognition and acknowledgement of our human environment, we increasingly closed our heart chakra for protection so that we no longer had to feel. And precisely because of this, we cut off the connection with our higher Self being and the intuitive contact with the ascended Masters.
In these times of spiritual awakening and shift to higher consciousness, the entire humanity is individually confronted and made self-aware again of its ‘separate selves’ and unresolved trauma aspects. The realization that the physical material world and the world systems conceived by man ‘scream’ for change and that this is an enormous ‘cosmic mirror’ projection, where especially the individual person may view this and relate it to himself as a reflection to investigate and transcend his own inner state of mind and dis-peace.
More and more people are energetically triggered and as it were forced to a higher level of self-awareness by powerful inner impulses. And let these be precisely those who in all sectors of society have always stood in the shadow of their environment and superiors who hold the higher positions. It is these people, who often with a more intuitively developed feeling, have very different ideas about how the world should work for the benefit of all of humanity and the planet. They are the ones who will now increasingly stand up and make their vision and opinion heard with vigour via alternative media, social media and conferences. But also in politics, business, in healthcare and welfare, education, government institutions and of course family life.
‘A short personal passage’. When I look back at myself, I can actually conclude that I had been awakened since birth.
I experienced the process of awakening mainly as a steady shift from the human sensory perspective to a more intuitive experience through different perceptions. I was still young and relatively unfamiliar with the meaning of spirituality before I came into contact with the first spiritual book, which I experienced as an enormous revelation.
I found in it a powerful, striking confirmation of my sensitivity and different thinking and behavior with regard to my direct environment and general social worldview. A loving encounter in that phase with a spiritual, older psychic woman compensated for my generally lonely emotional life. She was the first person I could talk to about my different feelings and thinking. She felt like a warm personality and spiritual mother to me and she would ‘guide’ me for a number of years during my awakening.
For decades I wore out books that had their attunement to the spiritual ascension realm. I rarely read experiences and spiritual visions from books written by people, because it simply did not resonate with my energy level at that time. However, it took decades before I gained a better insight and understanding of the inner path. Especially through the relationships I entered into and could later see them as ‘karmic mirrors’, my attachments and duality consciousness were increasingly triggered and exposed. However, my focus was so anchored on ‘helping and saving’ these female ‘Cinderella’ characterizations, that I had no eye at all for my own ‘unresolved’ psychology and reaction patterns.
It took time before I consciously started to experience and see through these repetitive patterns. Gradually I came to recognize that I had to dare to look at my own projection behavior and imbalances and do something with them. Because I had set up my own practice over the years and supported people in their process of awareness and healing, I started to use my own ‘tools’ that I offered to clients. After I started to tune in more and experienced contact with the ascended masters, this made me understand the ‘inner path’ better and the essential purpose of our human life on Earth revealed itself. This was exactly what I needed to see my personal life in a much broader perspective and to rediscover my true identity and origin.
I consciously use the term ‘inner path’ here, instead of the ‘spiritual path’ or ‘spiritual growth’. My reason for this is that every spiritual person is on a different level of self-awareness during his rebirth on Earth and development. Each person will dn the current level of consciousness from one’s own perception. In general, in the East one has a different vision and understanding of spiritual growth and the spiritual path than in the West. But I also see in my own country and the years of exchanges through previous experiences with clients, a diversity of spiritual visions.
In the awakening process, people in general try to approach the ‘spiritual path’ with the externally directed rational mind. And this is exactly how we will not find and experience the ‘inner path’. We must be prepared to learn to dare to let go of the external mind approach to life, in order to be able to rediscover and experience the emotional path ‘inward’ within ourselves. The ‘inner path’ is a life process and not an intellectual study training, where we think we have to gather and mentally absorb an enormous amount of spiritual knowledge.
Our daily reasoning linear mind – that we have to do something and that this will then give a certain result and outcome – we have to learn to let go of that. Again, we live in a physical body on an unnatural planet, in a non-ascended sphere. How can we then have a higher understanding and experience on the spiritual path from our analytical linear mind?
As an already ascended Master brother of all of us once said, ‘the ego cannot enter the Kingdom of God’. It is precisely through a different approach to the spiritual path that space will arise, through which the ‘dormant’ intuitive mind abilities will open up and we can finally start using our higher potential.
‘A different perspective on ‘healing’ and ‘curing’, is the life process on this planet’.
Our personal karma and karma with other life streams, pulled us back like a magnet to this planet in accordance with the flawless law of reincarnation. The non-harmonious energy registrations in our soul vehicle, or the four lower bodies, will have to be purified. And this can only take place on this planet, where these disharmonious energies and imperfections from previous lives have been created.
A very natural and divine process, which is often experienced and viewed as ‘heavy’ and ‘dramatic’ by sensitive and spiritual people, which is very understandable from this perception. Obtaining a higher understanding of reincarnation and karma is therefore the essential key to progressing on the spiritual path of growth. Can we assume that the ‘law of attraction’ is the main reason for our presence on this planet, and that this, in addition to our higher personal goal, also contributes to the increase of the collective consciousness of humanity as a whole?
As mentioned before, we have lived and acted from a lower level of self-awareness in previous lives. The result of this is that, through this lower state of mind and reaction behavior, we have also lowered the energies in our three subtler bodies and have unconsciously created perception filters and ‘separate selves’ (soul fragments) in them.
If we are convinced that we can free ourselves from these unbalanced trauma energies and want to pursue this higher, spiritual goal, then we have come to a point where we can follow a systematic path that will lead us to constructively and permanently increase our self-awareness and restore the connection with our higher Self.
‘Transcending the duality consciousness’.
In order to be able to transcend the duality consciousness, we will have to become aware and be willing to confront and let go of our ‘separate selves’ in the three lower bodies.
Holding on to false beliefs and illusions, the image of ourselves and the image of the world and how it should function, our unbalanced psychology from which we have always lived, they are old programs and mechanical concepts, where we no longer experience joy, love and passion. It no longer contributes if we want to live our deeper essential human values and want to ascend to the higher levels of self-awareness.
‘Spiritual growth is not about forcing something, it is about letting go’.
Due to the lower qualified energies in our identity, mental and emotional body, our perception filters have arisen, through which we cannot perceive and experience the essential life as such neutrally. It is therefore not easy on this unnatural planet to be able to see and understand our ‘separate selves’. Everything has arisen and consists of energy. It is therefore essential on the inner path, to become aware of what we emit qualitatively every day in images, thoughts and emotional vibrations and throw this almost unconsciously into the cosmic universe. Is it plausible that we pollute the earth’s atmosphere energetically many times more than the physical, material CO2 emissions, where the power elite and media are doing so dramatically about it?
By entering the inner path and accepting and using the help and tools that the ascended Masters offer us, we are able to go through the 144 levels of consciousness and let go of every ‘separate self’ that we encounter on each level. With the help of invocations and decrees we unlock the heart chakra and the higher Self Light flows in through the ‘secret’ chamber and purifies the polluted chakras and four lower bodies more vitally.
By studying and considering the dictation teachings and the willingness to experiment with these higher insights in freedom, we are able to look constructively at our unbalanced psychological and emotional reaction patterns, to understand them and to transcend them.
Slowly in this life process we regain control over our thoughts and emotions. We are more aware and alert and we increasingly let go of the need or tendency to project our opinion onto the ‘outside world’. We experience more neutrality by no longer identifying emotionally and mentally with the ‘dramas’ of this world and personal circumstances. By focusing on purifying our perception filters on a daily basis, we will experience and accept our true spiritual identity again internally. Experiencing mental resignation and inner peace on an unnatural, chaotic physical planet lies within our potential and will become a new experience for many who will walk the Christ path.
We conclude this 7th blog with the intention provided by the ascended Master and brother Gautama:
‘Gautama Buddha, I am willing to complete the ascension process, so that I can ascend from Earth, from this unnatural planet. When I have ascended, I will decide what I want to do next.
Gautama, I merge into you, my mind is one, no longer two, immersed in your radiant glow, Nirvana is all I know. Gautama, Flame of Cosmic Peace, unruly thoughts cease here, we radiate from you and me the peace to calm Samsara’s Sea’.

‘Why is a different approach to the concept of ‘spiritual growth’ so essential?
If we already have a broader concept and perspective as ‘spiritual beings’ and we have assumed a temporary embodiment in order to gain an experimental journey experience on this unnatural, physical planet, what would our next pursuit and goal be aimed at?
The experiences of ‘outer paths’ have brought us to the point where we are steadily letting go of our ‘outer world’. The desires and attachment to what this physical world has to offer us seem to be increasingly saturated emotionally. We are more self-aware and focused on our inner state of mind. We become more alert and learn to dose energetically. What actually nourishes me in my daily life? Or what situations or people around me ‘draw’ energy or cost me strength?
Everything is good in this ‘searching’ phase and every experience contributes to shifting to a higher level of self-awareness. We experience and recognize inner impulses and dare to listen to these intuitive feelings. We also identify less and less with our personality and characteristics, because we view and experience our life and the world in an increasingly broader way.
‘The key to a more spiritual, physically balanced life begins with the pursuit of acceptance and resignation in the mind’.
The concept of time and space is relative and belongs to human, social life on Earth, but not essential from the spiritual awareness of infinite evolution. However, our physical body and functioning are subject to the forces and laws of the material universe, just as we individually cannot close ourselves off from the energetic influence of the collective consciousness of humanity.
As we increasingly focus on our self-awareness growth and pay attention to our inner mind, the arrangement of our daily activities and living structure will also change. Time for meditation and contemplation to reconsider our experiences and questions. Studying and reflecting on spiritual teachings from, for example, the ascended masters, will gradually be integrated into our lives. In this way, over time, a certain degree of balance will be experienced in your inner and outer world.
However, ‘the outside world’ will continue to pull at us and challenge us, because we simply cannot escape it. As long as we still harbor ‘separate selves’ in our three lower bodies and live from certain beliefs, which our reaction and behavior patterns show and experience, we still have inner aspects to resolve and transcend.
The more we see and accept this, the more we will consider Earthly life as a great life process. It offers us the possibility and chance to ascend on this planet, in this life. The more our Divine destiny plan unfolds internally, the more we will experience peace and joy.
‘Our deepest underlying desire, is wholeness with the I AM presence’
‘The Kingdom’ is within us, one of the most essential teachings of ascended Master Jesus, which have been recorded by the scribes. And he still conveys these and more teachings in a way, which we can now better understand and fathom, through the increase of the collective consciousness in the past 2000 years.
‘The Kingdom’ represents the ‘Christ consciousness’. And we can only make this higher state of consciousness our own, if we follow the inner Christ path and gradually fully restore the connection with our ‘I will be his presence’ – higher Self being. Then words like, ‘I and my Father are one’… and ‘Not I, but the Father does the works through me’… and ‘Without the Father I can do nothing’, will resonate deeply within our being and come alive again.
Let us conclude this sixth blog with some profound teachings from the ascended Masters and contemplate and meditate on them for ourselves. It will contribute positively to seeing through and transcending our attachments, subtle expectations, beliefs and programs that once arose in the duality consciousness.
The intuitive navigation and focus on our path will become stronger, as well as the Christ discernment that what really serves us in consciousness growth and what no longer serves us.

Concerns current themes and subjects, which are illuminated in a broader perspective – the intention is to normalize the concept of ‘spirituality’ and ‘spiritual awareness’ within our society. This creates the possibility to reflect on yourself from your free will and personal level and to experiment with it by applying it in our daily life on Earth.
It took a while to get to this writing. My intention is to consider the fifth blog as a kind of conclusion, in which we once again highlight the essence of the ‘spiritual awakening’ of the previous four blogs.
Let us use some ‘headers’ from blog 4 as a guideline for this.
‘You don’t have to become something that you already are!’.
The feeling, the thought of the ‘spiritual awakening’ is increasingly heard and shared by people who experience something and try to define their ‘different perception’ by means of concepts. Because if you are ‘something’, which you do not have to become, what is ‘this’ then, which we have never been told from birth or was withheld from our parents through ignorance?
What has actually happened is that from the very beginning we have been so ‘immersed’ in physical, material life and our four lower spirits have absorbed these experiences in such a way that it has led to our current vision and concepts of life. We are completely absorbed in this and start to trust what our physical senses can perceive and experience. Because of this, no thought impulse ever came up that could bring our perspective and way of perceiving into doubt.
The well-known phenomenon that people in earlier history thought that the Earth was flat and that you could fall off it, or that the Earth would be the center of the material universe, but also that our brain controls the physical body and lets us make life choices. Examples that indicate that our physical senses can only perceive to a limited extent.
The steady process of ‘spiritual awakening’, as it were, runs ‘from outside to inside’ and ‘from inside to outside’. It is a constant interaction between our ‘inner and outer world’, which we cannot pause or stop for a moment, but over time we will be more able to dose and control it. In principle, it will generate resistance and irritation that will often be unconsciously projected onto the immediate environment, the world and society in which you are part. Eventually, you will gradually become aware that you yourself are the ‘cause’ of this through the reflective effect of the universal law of attraction. Do you still doubt this?
You realize and feel the inner urge that ‘something’ is wrong, which you think you need to change. Due to the still ‘outward’ directed life focus, we will almost always have the tendency to first make simple changes on a physical and material level. A new challenge in study or hobby, a different profession or job function, moving to a different environment and starting a different living structure. There are even people who can make extreme choices in these kinds of unbalanced phases, which they often cannot foresee, but which can lead to major consequences. A divorce involving children or idealizing emigration to another country and so on.
‘Why is this still the case and is this process of increasing Self-consciousness so difficult?’
Mental thinking in our modern world is the biggest obstacle for spiritual people. In this phase, you will slowly slide towards more self-acceptance and willingness to give up the tolerance of your linear mind, rational thoughts, logical thinking mind and analytical mind. Detaching yourself from the ‘separate selves’ in your subconscious minds is our greatest assignment. This includes the actual karma that we have built up in previous lives and for which we have returned to this planet through this law.
Opposing, lower ‘astral forces’, which have surrounded and hindered us for many lives on this planet, will now more than ever come forward to hold us back in our further awakening and self-awareness growth. In the era of the ‘Golden Age’, which we are steadily approaching, it is essential that the existence of a hierarchy of ‘dark forces’ is increasingly recognized. In a previous blog we have already touched upon this aspect. Let us consider in a broader context of ‘awakening’ why this process is so difficult and slow.
In the Astral realm, on identity, mental and emotional level, lower beings move who once separated themselves from God and ended up in those Astral spheres during the transition from their physical to spiritual state. They know and possess no love e and do not believe in progression and evolution. They are ignorant of the possibilities and transitions to higher spiritual spheres of light and love. The concept of the ‘Fall of Man’ is the basis for this, but that is beside the point for now. Due to their loveless state of mind, these lower beings are, as it were, ‘trapped’ in their own unconsciously created spiritual sphere.
Because there is no separation between the physical material world and the Astral realm, these lower beings are able to connect spiritually with the physical Earthly level, because they are still spiritually attuned to Earthly reality. However, they no longer have a physical body and ‘wander’, as it were, through the Astral realm, searching for human beings who are unconsciously open to these lower Astral forces. They have learned how to connect with the ‘desiring’ human on Earth and how to influence them in their daily lives.
‘The essential importance of addressing and transcending our imbalances in our four lower bodies’ (separate selves)
They have acquired the knowledge in this Astral realm and know flawlessly how to subtly manipulate the unconscious person for their own interests and desires.
If the spiritually ‘awakening’ person were truly aware of how he is being attacked by these invisible lower beings and is being worked against, then he would have already made a rigorous choice and entered the inner path. However, all this is part of the steady awakening and awareness process, which cannot be forced and accelerated.
What is it and why are these lower beings able to influence people?
As you realize, these beings no longer have a limiting physical body and senses. Because of this, they are able to perceive much more energetically from their spiritual state than we as physical people with our limiting sensory perception. This makes them able to perceive our inner state of mind and imbalances in our energy bodies (aura field – subconscious) flawlessly, making the unconscious person very vulnerable to their energetic influence.
Because they still tend and know the lower desire for ‘human’ warmth, love and Earthly pleasures, you could imagine that they are always looking for vulnerable, sensitive personalities with an often weakened energy field due to an unprocessed trauma. It is precisely the fear-based psychological and emotional aspects in us, such as guilt, shame and rejection complexes, that attract these lower beings to us, through the flawless law of attraction.
They see from our frequency vibration radiation, where and how they can connect and influence, in order to steal our spiritual energy. They are namely not able to connect directly with the higher frequency vibrations of light and absorb them. The reality is that they are completely dependent on the spiritually unconscious person.
In general, people with fear of illness, death, loss and suffering, low self-esteem and self-love, strong attachment to religion, control, security, religious vision, false beliefs and materialistic lifestyle, are most open to this influence of lower beings in the Astral realm.
Let us return once more to the beginning phase of our awakening and what prevents us from being able to find the inner path immediately. There are many spiritual people who still have an unrealistic image and thoughts about an ultimate ‘awakening breakthrough’ or ‘spiritual enlightenment’. Often enormously obsessed by their own formed idea, which is strongly fed by what they hear or read about other people’s experiences. They will do anything to reach this state as soon as possible.
So consider this question, do you yourself have a constructive and balanced approach to the spiritual path? How can a ‘blind person’ be able to look into the bright sunlight immediately, without being blinded again by the bright sunlight? Exactly, it is the linear mind approach, our logical thinking and analytical mind reaction, that tries to define the spiritual path from its ‘separate selves’. It is the ‘outward’ directed mind desires, with which one still unconsciously identifies. These are people who often travel from one retreat to another or want to stay for months in India or another area to meet an appealing ‘enlightened’ guru with of course high expectations.
And it is precisely this desire and this mentality that opens the door for the lower forces in the Astral realm. They will use your separate selves and seduce you to this outer path and serve you with a situation or character that you feel strongly attracted to, for only one reason and that is, to keep you far away from the inner path.
Do you really think that we can call upon a higher ascended light being ‘on demand’ and then suddenly appear? If you realize that every lower being, who resides in the three octaves of the Astral realm, is able to appear as a ‘known’ character, a ‘higher light being’ or even an ascended Master, then you could also assume that we must learn to distinguish and attune to what we want to make contact and connect with. And why? Because the last thing they want is for you to become aware of them, so that you are no longer prey for them to steal spiritual energy.
‘The outer spirit (ego), cannot enter God’s Kingdom’
Didn’t an already ascended Master brother once say, ‘the Kingdom of God is within you’. Now, more than 2000 years later, we are already able to reconsider these words from a higher level of achieved self-awareness, as being to learn to reconnect with the ‘Christ consciousness’. No outer path or teaching, ‘enlightened’ guru and even an ascended Master, will be able to bring you to this ‘Christ consciousness’ realization. The spiritual path is a gradual path, which can be entered by every spiritual human being and is made conscious at every step upwards.
‘Learning to see the inner path, is our greatest challenge’.
Giving up and letting die your ‘separate selves’, with which you identify yourself, requires courage, willingness, decisiveness and perseverance. We will inevitably come to the point where we will realize that we have to give up our expectations of a dramatic, spiritual breakthrough. We will then also recognize that the path is a gradual path, without frills of supernatural experiences, at least, if you do not qualify increasing contact with the ascended realm or a Master for this. Self-consciousness will rise steadily, because you accept the process, know who you are and how far you are on the path.
When you reach the 96th level, you will give up the tendency to approach the spiritual path on the basis of the separate selves. You will let go of identifying with your built-up spiritual self-image and self-feeling to rise above the collective consciousness, because it no longer serves you. You give up the identity that you are a spiritual person, because you meet the conditions of your own spiritual teaching.
You see through the subtle separate selves and patterns, from which you still react to the world. You experience and recognize your ‘ego games’ and want to free yourself from them, ready to finally escape from the psychic cage of the ego. You are prepared to gradually come to the point where you are no longer the selves that react to the world. You are prepared to see that those selves are made, to look only at the outside world. They are formed by the feeling that you are a separate being living in a sustainable world. You are now going to prevent yourself from falling into the trap by building a spiritual sense of identity and trying to refine it continuously.
‘I AM the open door of Love’
There is a deeper awareness and knowing within us, that our I AM Presence has sent a part of itself to Earth to express the unique quality of Divine Love. We know that this part is our conscious self, which is meant to fulfill the role of the Christ within our Being. Our conscious self is charged with the task of maintaining the Oneness between our I AM Presence and our lower being. We let God’s light and love flow through our chakras and consciousness and project it into the collective consciousness, so that people around us may experience it and we help realize the golden age.
So let your Spirit soar upward and
embrace life with only love,
because when you open your heart,
the veil will surely tear apart.
And you will see the inner light,
that leads to a bright future

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed’
Spoken words from the distant past of an already ascended master, which were once recorded in writing and are still ‘preached’ and ‘taught’ on a daily basis, but whose depth cannot easily be fathomed by man’s ‘self-limiting’ consciousness. More than 2,000 years later, most of cultured humanity still does not experience a deeper belief within itself, namely the God connection with its higher spiritual Self being.
Why is this still the case and why is this process of increasing Self awareness so difficult?
We have grown up and have been taught from birth to use our physical senses optimally on this physical planet. We have become almost completely absorbed in it with our self-consciousness and have come to regard this sensory perception as reality and truth. However, as a result, our intuitive abilities and ‘inner vision’ were not developed proportionately and for many people were even completely ignored. During the growth into adulthood, our self-consciousness was rarely or not challenged within our family, friendship circles and later partner relationships, so there was no reason to question the image of ourselves and the world.
The fundamental cause of physical, mental and emotional illness and disease, for example, can be found in this imbalance between ‘personality’ (ego) and ‘intuitive mind’ connection.

As spiritual beings, we are born ‘naked’ from the mother. By incarnating in a physical body on this densified planet, our spiritual consciousness was also ‘narrowed’ and there is generally no reference feeling or memory left of a previous physical life or life based on spiritual attunement. The sense of who we are, where we come from and for what purpose we are present on this planet does not emerge and is, as it were, ‘numbed’ by the sensory focus and impulses of the ‘outside world’.
Again, the essence of our presence on this planet is to have a physical, material experience as spiritual beings. Have you ever asked yourself, Who is looking through my eyes and reading this text right now? What is it that wakes me up in the early morning? Who is it that automatically breathes in and out the oxygen in my lungs? And what force controls the perfect functioning of all my bodily organs and functions? What is the inspiration that considers and experiences choices every day? A complicated PC computer doesn’t work on its own, does it?
We will come to a point where we will increasingly let go of intellectual analysis, because we feel that we are stagnating and not making progress. The process of raising our spiritual awareness requires striving for a higher understanding of it by approaching it differently. To restore balance, we will have to learn to detach from the never-ending, analytical linear mind. In order to better unlock and optimize the intuitive mind and its capabilities, we must be willing to critically examine and reconsider every thought concept and program in our psychology that we have taken for granted from birth and have come to live. .
It is essential to learn to contemplate regularly and constructively, in any form of dialogue, reflection, consideration or meditation, this is the key and absolute necessity. We simply cannot continue to change our unbalanced circumstances in the ‘outside world’ without looking deeper within ourselves to determine the cause why these external circumstances have been able to manifest themselves.
The ‘cosmic mirror’ flawlessly returns to us what we continuously transmit unconsciously, as consciously.
By entering the inner path, we as spiritual beings can no longer ignore these Divine laws of nature. As a material human being on this planet, we have to deal with material laws of nature, such as ‘gravity’ and ‘the law of material growth’, as well as many kinds of cultural and social laws and rules devised by people themselves. ‘The law of attraction’ and ‘the law of karma’ belong eto the ‘spiritual laws’ that we as spiritual beings on Earth are confronted with.
‘The cosmic universal laws work flawlessly’ ~
~ ‘The Earth is like a reality simulator’
When we learn and are confronted for the very first time that we have created all our external, material and physical circumstances in our lives up to now, this will almost immediately evoke a resistance reaction or even denial in us, because this is not at all consistent. with our (created) self-image and psychology of who we are… and how the world works and should work… and yet?…
Yes, doubt!… doubt!.. and is that doubt justified?
For your consideration…
Yes, because in the ancient scriptures it says… ‘And God created man in his image’… And how might we view these words today, from our spirituality and higher levels of achieved self-awareness regarding the individual human being and humanity from many centuries ago?
‘God created man in his image’, a spiritual light being, an individualization of the creator with a consciousness and Divine potential, with which he is able, from a given ‘free will’, to co-create in ‘God’s works and plan’.
Can you experience and remember the vibration of these words again? Accept it and see yourself again as the spiritual light being, who has consciously decided to send herself to Earth to bring her light and love there and thereby help raise the vibration of this densified, chaotic planet?
Partly due to the collective consciousness of humanity, of which we are all a part, which was so lowered in vibration by historical events and the struggle between unbalanced forces and powers for this planet, we have forgotten our origin and connection with the source.
It is not God, the Father… who has forsaken us… It was ourselves who have denied the Father in our Self.
A look at today’s world and society still shows us this ‘denial’. The vibrations of judgment and struggle are still experienced and visibly present on a daily basis, both in and around people. Who on this planet can claim that he is free from all influences and imbalances in his four lower bodies, because he has managed to transcend and heal them?
Can we assume that there are currently 8 billion spiritual beings on this planet, all with the same Divine core and potential as you, and who are also an individualization and extension of the creator? Can you really see and understand from what level of self-awareness they co-create and manifest on this planet every day?
Look beyond your own safe and comfortable living environment and country. Descend to the ‘non-democratic’ countries where an entire society is still oppressed by a certain power structure, culture or religion… go further, to those places and parts of the world where hunger and poverty prevail every day. Consider the self-awareness level of these people who find themselves in these kinds of life circumstances.
And ask yourself… are these millions of people… and are these nations, sometimes even more than one billion inhabitants, able to consciously co-create from their physical and material living conditions in harmony and attunement with the universal principles? and laws of God? Are they able to help and contribute, to raise the collective consciousness of humanity into vibration?
If they were able, this would have already happened and been accomplished. The truth, however, is that more than ninety percent of the world’s population has not yet reached this level of self-awareness, as have the governments and leaders of virtually all nations. That is why we see repeat cycles of endless wars, conflicts and crises throughout human history.
We cannot solve something constructively, from the same consciousness with which we created a problem. Putin will therefore never be able to end the war with the same consciousness with which he started the war. Governments that call themselves democratic cannot stop the ‘power elite’ because they have created legislation and treaties from a certain level of consciousness that they have still not transcended.
Just as the collective consciousness of humanity reflects the condition and atmosphere on Earth, so too do our personal circumstances reflect what is going on in our inner world and state of mind. The cosmic mirror gives us back flawlessly what we send out energetically.
‘You don’t have to become something you already are!’
If ninety percent of the world’s population is not yet aware of its spiritual being and Divine potential… then it is logical that the remaining ten percent will have to make the difference to raise the collective consciousness of humanity. And the only way to achieve this is through the application of constructive self-transcendence.
Reestablishing connection with our higher Self being will further unlock the Divine potential and destiny within us, which defines this process into what essentially needs to be done and what no spiritual counselor or re-connector can do for us. We do not need to change or restore the cosmic universe, the laws and God’s plan, although some think otherwise, that God created us as ‘not perfect’ beings in His image.
Let me end this long blog with the moving words of an ascended Master, who has gone before us on the exact same path and many with him.

‘Our formed personality – ego, is actually ‘the product’ of all our lives’
Let us first return to the essential aspects of the previous two blogs, so that we can obtain a reference from which to continue with blog 3.
Our awakening on this planet and learning that we are more than a ‘mortal’ human being of flesh and blood, is in fact the starting point of the search for our ‘true’ identity. Although this is often seen and presented as a major breakthrough, it is nothing more or less than a level shift in our spiritual consciousness, an ‘enlightenment’, an ‘aha moment’, or whatever you want to call it. If you use spiritual media platforms, you will recognize the many posted responses from experiences of the ‘awakened’.
The fact is that we have still not built up a higher referential feeling and understanding in this life as ‘spiritual beings’ and we have paid relatively little attention to our ‘unresolved’ psychology, illusions, false beliefs and emotional wounds. For the time being, we will observe and experience the ‘awakening and aha moment’ from our colored perception filter.
It concerns a phase and we could compare it symbolically, that as ‘spiritual blind people’ we have found the exit from a dark basement room and suddenly find ourselves in a bright, sunlight-filled room, where we cannot immediately orient ourselves while rubbing our eyes. and analyze where we are, what has happened to us and what will happen next.
Let us especially emphasize ‘not rational analysis’, because for the time being this will still be an ‘obstacle’, a mechanism that we cannot simply dismantle and put aside. The ego will not budge for a while and will continue to dominate our dormant intuitive abilities, as we will still approach awakening and the spiritual path from our linear and analytical mind, which is also called the personal ‘perception filter’.
“Is there a way out to stop our linear analytical mind?”
Not immediately, but certainly trainable to transcend and neutralize every ‘contradictory’ thought in your psyche. Obviously this is a major challenge on the inner path and it requires all willingness to face and critically consider your attachments, limiting beliefs and truths from which you have always lived.
Every human being will experience spiritual awakening in his cosmic evolution and level of achieved self-consciousness, as all life born of God is subject to the cosmic laws of harmonizing, expanding and contracting forces. These forces are now extremely tangible and visibly active on planet Mother Earth. Natural life is docile, but the stubborn, cultivated person will have to move along to allow and accept this inner balance restoration between the ‘feminine’ and ‘masculine’.
From a spiritual perspective, there are no ‘Earthly crises’, which are magnified and named as such from ignorance = fear. Pandemics, climate change, wars, energy, economic and inflation crises are manipulative concoctions and performances of the human mind, of course directed by ‘dark forces’.
The planet Mother Earth is restoring itself under the influence of these cosmic laws. And these Divine laws also live in our being and will push us up to further awakening and evolution.
Do we move with the impulses of the ‘Mother’s contractions’ or do we stubbornly resist entering into essential life through her birth channel, as God once intended it for humanity?
“Integrating the laws of reincarnation and karma will dramatically change our perspective on life.”
Is it still acceptable that we as spiritual human beings on this physical planet, where existing technologies and scientific knowledge are used to a large extent, we still do not reach for a higher understanding of human life and spirituality?
If we quietly view life in nature on Earth through its seasons, we see the constant evolutionary cycle process of flowering and dying. We see the same efficacy of universal laws in the animal kingdom and all other life down to the smallest insect and aspect, by observing the human eye under a microroscope.
Isn’t it miraculous in comparison that today’s modern man still lives from his ‘consciousness of death’? Fear of death! Fear of illness! Fear of crises? Fear of financial shortage? Fear of loss!.. rejection!.. guilt!.. and shame?
The entire world society is saturated with laws, rules, agreements and systems, which are founded and developed from unresolved psychological fears in our subconscious mind.
The major consequence of this is that we have organized and cultivated our lives through these fear doctrines in such a way that we are no longer even aware on a daily basis that we live from this control and ‘safe feeling’ mechanism.
How do we want to evolve as souls on this planet if we do not see through this control mechanism in our psychological life and sincerely acknowledge this? And from that moment on, would we be willing to transform every unbalanced aspect we encounter in daily life?
We already live in the ‘Aquarius Age’, where striving for a higher personal understanding of reincarnation, karmic laws and aspects are essential to move higher on our path, simultaneously raising the collective consciousness of humanity in vibration.
It will gradually dawn on our consciousness that the higher purpose on Earth has little or nothing to do with our personal, relational and social wishes and desires. However, every aspect of life can contribute to growth and lead to our higher purpose and destiny.
For your consideration
Everything on this physical, material planet and world, works as a ‘reality simulator’. Everything exists and is formed from basic energy. So when we create frequencies through images, sense of self, thoughts, emotions and actions, send them out into the universe, both unconsciously and somewhat consciously, the cosmic mirror will return these to you in equal, manifest form and reality.

“A personal experience is superior to any spiritual insight provided”
When we have reached a phase, a certain point in our lives and this certainly does not have to be in this or the next life, but has made an essential breakthrough by recognizing that we are ‘spiritual beings’ and have a higher understanding of life then sooner or later we will start to tailor and organize our lives accordingly.
But the linear, outer spirit is still predominant. Because it lives from analysis and wanting to understand. The deeper psychology behind wanting to know, understand or analyze something comes from ‘not knowing’. As a result, over the centuries we have developed a cultivated human existence and psychology, based on control and security.
In fact, in our daily lives we are constantly busy creating a safe sense of self. The outer mind has been conditioned in such a way that it can no longer approach life in any other way than this way. This imbalance created by fear is increasingly exposed as we continue down the inner path and increase our self-awareness. Again, there is no definition of the spiritual path for the simple reason that we must dare to let go of the outer mind ‘control’ in order to live the inner mind ‘surrender’ (intuition).
We will have to deal with contradictions within ourselves which are reflected in our outside world and interactions with our dear loved ones, friends, colleagues and fellow human beings. It is an inevitable process that we will go through and where we must break free from old patterns and views about life that we have always considered to be true. Old psychological and emotional wounds are experienced again with the intention of constructively transcending these unbalanced aspects.
Our inner emotional life will ‘demand’ more and more peace and focus from us, balance and harmony, so that we will pay less and less attention to the busy, chaotic and ‘much demanding’ outside world. This is inherent in the process of transcending, to psychologically and emotionally detach ourselves from attachments and values that we have been taught from birth.
‘This important phase is often underestimated, also due to the ignorance of a traditional psychologist and psychiatrist that we are psycho-spiritual beings’.
“The ego will continue to challenge us until we silence it!”
We have now entered a phase where we have to make choices and decisions, or reconsider previously made choices. The ego’s ‘power and control game’ has emerged from our ‘subconscious closet’ and is now becoming strongly experienced. The inner battle between head and heart, inner and outer world, ego versus intuition (higher self), is a ‘normal’ but inescapable process, which will involve trial and error, because the ego thinks it has acquired a fundamental ‘right to exist’ in this physical, material world and will not simply give this up.
Every soul as a human being experiences this process of awakening and entering the inner path and the ‘struggles’ therein in its own unique way, at its level of achieved self-awareness. In recognizing that we are ‘spiritual beings’, the acceptance and pursuit of a higher understanding of reincarnation and karma will also be essential to progressing on the path.
We will have to recognize and transcend ourselves by learning to understand our unresolved psychology more deeply, the illusions and false beliefs that we still hold before ourselves and live from. This is the point where spiritually awakened people usually get stuck and drop out because they refuse to climb that high mountain with all those dangerous ravines and caverns. Too often people tend to rely on the thought concept that results must be experienced immediately by doing a spiritual practice or studying a spiritual teaching.
This concerns the old ‘romantic’ ideal image, which will lead the spiritual path as a broad, straight upward road to ultimate ‘enlightenment’. Again, you cannot approach the process of the inner spiritual path in any intellectual, human way.
“Everything is and consists of energy and is influenced by pure consciousness”
We now have a broader understanding and perspective on our ‘inside’ and ‘outside world’ and how we have experienced this in our lives so far. Everything in the material universe is devoid
sprouts from energy, a basic energy that has been reduced to a certain frequency level in such a way that we can perceive it with our physical senses. We can find a wonderful example and proof of how we can turn liquid water into a ‘solid’ form into ice. And now by heating the ice to its boiling point, we see this transition to evaporation to the point beyond our physical, sensory perception. Within our physical sense frequency spectrum, we can partly observe this process.
If we consider our physical and subtler bodies (aura – energy field) from this parallel perspective, then you could say that all our mental images, thoughts and feelings consist of energy vibrations that move within a certain frequency spectrum. Can we accept this higher understanding?
“There are forces in the universe that will influence you and try to discourage you on the path.”
Let us return to our personal lives for a moment and examine the ‘ups and downs’ that we have experienced during our awakening (and life) and search for the inner path that we have experienced so far. After a period of jubilation and enthusiasm, a lot of spiritual undertakings based on an endless amount of energy that we experienced, we entered a phase where the feeling slowly ebbed away and we experienced stagnation or relapse again. You couldn’t put your finger on what and why this happened.You experienced old reaction and behavior patterns again and did not understand how this could happen again. This phase may be behind you, but you can still be in it emotionally.
If we are willing to look at planet earth without colored glasses, what is the first thing we notice? Right, a very unbalanced world society and society. Throughout millennia of history, there have always been imbalances and chaotic conditions on planet Earth. Without further consideration, can we say that this is caused again and again by man, who originally as a spiritual being with free will would bring his light and love to this chaotic, dark planet? Or is there more going on that we are not aware of and may even be unconsciously keeping in mind?
‘Astral forces, energies and their influence on physical man’
Manipulative forces and energies, fallen beings in and without a body, Anti-Christ forces, entities and demons.
Whether you believe in it or deny it, the fact is that we as human beings harbor ‘accumulated’ lower-qualified energy vibrations in our auric field, which we unconsciously express through our reaction and behavior patterns, emotions and actions. Every person has experienced a situation or conflict with their fellow human beings, in which, out of nowhere, you felt a sudden force arise within you that caused you to discharge your emotions uncontrollably. After you had regained some composure, you kept asking yourself how this had happened to you, because you completely lost yourself in this fraction of an emotional release moment.
Since everything consists of energy and this basic energy is formed by pure consciousness, these energy vibrations also influence each other to a greater or lesser extent. For example, this is where the spiritual statement comes from, ‘Everything is connected’.
If we were to view our interactions with other people neutrally, we would generally see how we respond to each other ‘energetically’ through our self-image, thoughts, feelings and actions on an unconscious level. During an interaction with another person, our energy field can be influenced in such a way that we can experience this change very strongly in our three subtler energy bodies, to which we may be able to respond again.
If we can view from this perspective that we as humans, consciously and unconsciously, influence each other, it is therefore plausible that invisible forces in the universe with a lower state of consciousness can influence the physical, earthly human being through his subtler energy bodies? Could it be possible for these lower forces to subtly, manipulatively influence our thoughts, feelings, emotions and even actions? Can we perceive these forces when we see two people discussing intensely in a conflict with each other? Do we also see this between groups of people in football stadiums? and war between two or more nations?
It is not my intention to delve further into the ‘lower forces’ aspect now, as the focus of this blog is on our inner process and spiritual path. In a later blog topic, this important aspect will be brought up again and discussed in more depth. My intention to mention it in this phase of our process is that we also experience the imbalances in our ‘outside world’ within ourselves. And this is precisely what we must solve, through every unbalanced aspect in us, so that external, invisible lower forces and fellow humans have less or no negative influence on our personal energy field.
I would like to conclude this blog with a statement and tool that you can use and apply at any time of the day, in any situation and experience.
Question statement:
The constant question you may keep asking yourself on the path is – ‘do I respond from an inner peace of mind or do I respond from dis-peace to my fellow man and the world?’

“A spiritual insight never includes the highest understanding!”I am ‘spiritual’, I hear people around me say more and more and I also notice this worldwide on social media platforms and personal contacts. The personal vision and understanding given to it vary considerably. All the more reason to think about it and highlight and explain it from a broader perspective.
Ask any number of people and you are guaranteed to hear different views and answers. There is nothing wrong with that in itself and certainly not strange, as every soul is a unique human being, with its own developed self-image and sense of self, which has created a ‘filtered’ view of the world from which it lives and functions.
Despite the fact that an enormous amount of literature material is offered in both book form and digitally via the internet, a human definition of what ‘spirituality’ or ‘being spiritual’ is is actually impossible. There is simply no supreme knowledge and understanding within our human, limited minds. Can we accept this?
‘Our ego is the product of many reincarnation lives in the duality consciousness’
Difficult, because there is always the tendency of the ego, which wants to squeeze in to judge it, define it and give it a certain form or example. A simple example to consider: Suppose you look mindlessly at the ‘starry sky’ on a beautiful clear night when everyone is asleep. You have been staring for quite some time and suddenly you fall into a deeper state of mind and you realize that you are looking at the universe of which you are a part. It dawns on you how infinitely grand the universe actually is. Yet, in your normal daily consciousness, this moment never occurs to you. Could even one thought and desire arise in this unique moment of ‘silence’ that would like to analyze and explain the universe?
Now, we could also view our personal awareness process in this way. More and more sensitive people are ‘awakening’ because their self-consciousness is undergoing a shift under the influence of, and let’s keep it general, by calling it ‘universal forces’. We feel something inexplicable and focus more and more on spirituality and wanting to live spiritually.
However, the ‘awakening’ person does not yet have the real realization and reference that he is a ‘spiritual being’. The always ‘outward’ sensory focus, which we have been taught from birth, has become a persistent automatism. A thought programming, which we have come to experience and live as ‘reality’ due to our physical and material circumstances. We never considered that there might be a higher perspective and understanding of our Earthly life that we could identify with.
‘Breaking through our sensory perspective and physical experiences’
It is because of this that newly ‘awakened’ people approach the ‘spiritual path’ in this way. A yet misunderstood, deep inner desire is projected with the ‘outer mind’ onto their physical and material living conditions. In simple words, ‘spirituality’ is approached rationally and linearly in this phase.
Driven by a strong curiosity, one will move towards outer forms and manifestations of spirituality. They want to learn and gain knowledge quickly, to become even more ‘spiritual’ and to continue to feed their curiosity. We are then like little toddlers who can just crawl and suddenly want to run fast. Those who are a little further along can now laugh about it, some recognize this description and others are in this phase. And there are those who do not recognize this at all.
The process of ‘spiritual awakening’ is essentially the same for every soul as a human being on Earth. However, the personal experience, the personal karma and the level of spiritual consciousness one is at at that moment gives this distinction. For example, one person will feel attracted to and turn to unreal angels and guides, the other will follow shamanism, delve into ‘paranormal’ gifts and phenomena, train for ‘mediumship’, astrology, etc. The other has a stronger feeling for ascended masters, the cosmic universe, or is concerned with unraveling God’s secrets, and so on.

Depending on our zoning plan and free will, we can continue to experimentand experience endlessly from our view of life. The process of awakening and growing spiritually is actually a constant change in consciousness. During this phase we also become increasingly aware of and confronted with the ‘universal spiritual laws’.
There is ‘the law of karma’ and the ‘law of attraction’. These are the two most important universal laws that have drawn us back to Earth. The incarnation process works flawlessly for every soul and has brought us here to a place and in circumstances that are most optimally suited to balance our karma with others and ourselves. We will delve deeper into this topic at another time.
The reason for briefly mentioning the concept of ‘karma’ is that the soul is at a very critical point in its evolution on Earth. Does he give in to the inner urge to balance his karma and make a start or does he refuse and deny this ‘pulling’ feeling? Every soul recognizes this critical phase and struggles with the ego.
